Techwomentalkingg - a podcast talking to changemakers - women (& men) working across the breadth of the Australian IT industry telling their stories about creating positive change. 

Things are improving for women but the key indicators are whispering rather than shouting the change - & that’s what we want to talk about. How various people we know & we’ll meet along the way, are choosing to face these facts and how individuals are choosing to respond today, rather than waiting for longterm, government-led systemic change. 

Maybe these changemakers will inspire others to make a change for the good?  We're lucky to be able to meet so many interesting people & hear their stories of working in such a wide range of Technology roles. 

We chat about the large and small changes they've influenced in their workplaces or domains of expertise. We also talk about future aspirations, discuss views on the current state of the industry, including diversity, inclusion, quotas, positive discrimination. Both Robert Postill & Penelope Barr love a laugh so there are plenty of those along the way too.
